Who we are
AOTRCarry is an independent community hub for carry services, teammates and item values. In this policy, “we” means the AOTRCarry team that operates this website and its connected Discord bot. We are not Roblox, Discord, or the developers of Attack on Titan Revolution.
For privacy questions or requests, use the contact link on this page to reach staff in our Discord server. Please identify your Discord account and describe your request. Do not send passwords or other sensitive information.
Information we handle
When you connect Discord, our authentication provider, Supabase, processes your Discord identity and authentication session. Account information returned by Discord may include your user ID, display name, avatar and email address, depending on the permissions shown during sign-in. We do not receive your Discord password.
Your community profile contains your Discord ID and display name, the Roblox username you enter, and your optional description. Ads contain the type of post, title or objective, description or note, difficulty, player limit, free-carry selection and creation time, where applicable.
Carry requests include your account and Discord IDs, selected service, order summary, ticket status, Discord channel/message identifiers, timestamps and the staff member who claims the ticket. Messages you send inside a ticket are also processed by Discord.
The website and its hosting or service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details, device/browser information and error logs when handling traffic, maintaining security or diagnosing problems.
How we use information
We use account information to sign you in, connect profiles and posts to their owners, and check server membership when opening a ticket. We use profiles and ads to help members find teammates and carry offers. Order details let the bot create and manage your ticket and help staff arrange the requested service.
We also use information to maintain the site, prevent abuse, handle support and resolve disputes. We do not sell your personal information or use your community posts for targeted advertising. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing necessary to provide a service you request supports that service; security, moderation and support serve our legitimate interests, subject to your rights.
What other people can see
Community profiles and ads are public. Your Discord ID, display name, Roblox username, profile description and post content may be accessible to visitors without an account. Do not publish private contact details, payment secrets or information about someone else without permission.
Carry tickets are restricted to you, the bot and the designated carrier/management roles. Discord server owners and administrators can also access channels under Discord’s permission system. A closed ticket may remain available to staff as a record; closing it does not automatically delete it.
Other users may save or share information you make public. Removing an ad from this website cannot remove copies held by other people or third-party services.
Service providers and external sites
Supabase provides authentication and database services. Discord provides sign-in, server membership and ticket channels. Our hosting infrastructure delivers the website and processes requests. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies and may process it in countries other than yours.
Item values are sourced from recent community trades. Trading data and artwork are retrieved through our server. Loading those items does not require your browser to contact an external trading feed directly. Following external links, including Roblox or the wiki, takes you to services with their own practices.
We may disclose information when needed to comply with applicable law, respond to a lawful request, protect people, investigate abuse or defend a dispute.
Browser storage
The site uses browser local storage to remember your authenticated session and refresh your sign-in. It also uses session storage for the sign-in flow and to restore a pending carry selection when you return from Discord login.
The current website does not include advertising trackers or an analytics tracking integration. Clearing site storage removes the locally saved session and pending selections. Signing out does not delete your account, posts or ticket records. Discord and other services may use their own cookies when you visit them.
Retention and security
Profiles and posts remain stored until removed or handled through a deletion request. A post no longer appearing in a public feed does not necessarily mean it has been deleted. Ticket records, closed channels and support information may be retained to complete orders, investigate abuse or resolve disputes. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion schedule for these records.
Access controls restrict account changes and ticket records. No online service can promise absolute security. Contact staff if you believe your account or information has been misused. Provider backups and logs may persist under the provider’s retention practices after live information is removed.
Your choices and requests
You can edit your Roblox username and description, edit or remove your own ads, and sign out through the community page. To request account deletion, access to your information, corrections you cannot make yourself, or removal of a ticket record, contact AOTRCarry staff through Discord. We may verify control of the account before acting.
Depending on your location and the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy of information, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or complain to your local data protection authority. Some information may need to be retained where applicable law requires it or for an unresolved dispute.
Age requirements
Discord-connected features are intended for people who meet Discord’s minimum age requirements in their country, which are at least 13. Do not use these features if you are below that age. If you believe a child below the applicable minimum has provided personal information, contact staff so we can review and address it.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the site or its data practices change. The updated version and date will appear on this page. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
