Use the listed keys, scrolls or gems price. Cosmetics and game passes are arranged directly with your carrier. General reference rates are approximately 3 keys = 1 scrolls and 2 keys = 1k gems; the individual listed prices take precedence. Warbringer also lists 0.5 viz; confirm it with your carrier.
Until-item services: after every 40 raids without the target drop, an additional payment is required to continue. The listed policy says half the original payment. Its artifact example is 12 keys / 4 scrolls / 6.25k gems, which differs from exact halves. Confirm the recurring amount with your carrier before booking. Drops are not guaranteed.
For item hunts, we suggest 30+ keys and a 2× luck boost. Your carrier can confirm the preparation for your chosen service. Agree on the target and any recurring payment before starting.
You may swap carriers. To request a refund, ping @bread in Discord with your reason. Refund requests are reviewed; a refund is not automatically guaranteed.
